By accessing and using DentoscopeX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DentoscopeX is a clinical simulation tool intended for educational purposes only.

2. Description of Service

DentoscopeX provides AI-powered virtual patient simulations for dental and medical education. All patient cases are fictional and generated for training purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or a registered student at an accredited educational institution. By using DentoscopeX, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Educational Disclaimer

DentoscopeX is a supplementary educational tool. It is not a substitute for accredited coursework or supervised clinical practice. AI feedback should not be used as the sole basis for real clinical decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, simulation scenarios, and branding are owned by DentoscopeX Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

DentoscopeX Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding twelve months.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
